CEA completes inventory asset utilization analysis for customers which identifies under or non-performing items and then develops marketing options concerning them. The analysis also provides monitoring parameters for management’s use on a continuing basis.

CEA also performs Orderly Liquidation management services for inventories, acting as an agent for lenders. Services include establishment of the sales methods and duration, staff retention and compensation, completion of WIP inventories including purchase of material, monitoring and reporting sales and collection results and coordinating clean up sales of the residual.
