Collateral Evaluation Associates, Inc. (CEA) began operations in 1990, providing machinery & equipment appraisals and inventory valuations for asset based lenders. Our valuation procedures began at Citicorp Industrial Credit in 1981 where the principal of CEA initiated Citicorp’s in house appraisal requirements, which are utilized by CEA to this day. We continue to provide quality machinery and equipment appraisal and inventory valuation services on a national and international basis, through our offices located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida and Charlotte, North Carolina.

All CEA senior associates have over 20 years of appraisal experience and include members and candidate members of the American Society of Appraisers. Appraisal assignments are completed in conformance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) as promulgated by the Appraisal Foundation. Additional expertise includes backgrounds in secured lending, industrial manufacturing and marketing, and equipment and inventory sales. We have extensive experience in meeting the specific valuation requirements of asset based lenders, financial institutions, accountants, attorneys, leasing professionals, insurance companies and independent business owners.
