Collateral Evaluation Associates, Inc. (CEA) began operations in 1990, providing machinery, equipment and inventory appraisals for asset based lenders. Our valuation procedures began at Citicorp Industrial Credit in 1981 where the principal of CEA Initiated Citicorp’s in house appraisal requirements, which are utilized by CEA to this day.
CEA appraisers diligently adhere to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, as developed, interpreted and amended by the Appraisal Standards Board of the Appraisal Foundation.
